Hotel establishments and tourist flats

This report presents the results disseminated by the National Statistics Institute corresponding to the Hotel Occupancy Surveys, Hotel Price Indices and the profitability indicators of the hotel sector. It also includes information on the supply and demand of tourist flats.

Data for the second quarter of 2020 are not available because the necessary sample support has not been reached as a consequence of the restrictions imposed by the state of alarm due to COVID-19. The approximate release date for the Hotel Occupancy Survey, Price index and profitability indicators for the hotel sector is the third week of each month.

The publication date for the Tourist Apartments data is approximately one week later. During the period between the publication of the Hotel Establishments data and the publication of the Tourist Apartments data, to consult the visualisations relating to that month, only the Hotel Establishments data will be available.
