SIT: The heartbeat of the city in real-time thanks to Big Data
Our Tourism Intelligence System (SIT) intuitively and visually displays information on occupancy information, overnight stays and types of travellers visiting the city. In this way, we help to improve strategic planning and influx forecasting thanks to predictive and diagnostic analyses. Big Data at the service of small details.
Innovating with the local sector: Smartspace for entrepreneurship and Agora for sharing ideas
The Smart Office is also a smart space for the local tourism ecosystem to meet. A place to undertake, innovate and train the sector in terms of urban sustainability thanks to the data generated by the SIT.
It has an Agora dedicated to training and reflection on sustainable urban tourism.

Overall summary indicator of tourism activity
This collaboration project between CONTURSA (CONGRESOS Y TURISMO DE SEVILLA, S.A.) and the Pablo de Olavide University is a methodological initiative aimed at defining an integral synthetic indicator of the tourism situation, whose periodic updating will provide an overall view of the evolution of tourism activity in the city of Seville.
Analysis of residents’ and tourists’ interactions with tourism activities in the destination
Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse the interactions and behaviours of residents and tourists for the city’s tourism activities.
Tech Solution
The Smart Tourism Office and Sevilla City Office offer their infrastructures, projects and resources to provide specific technological solutions to the needs of the sector. And they do so hand in hand with an effervescent network of collaborating companies that cover a wide range of services and technological profiles.
Events
From our headquarters in Fibes, and also through digital channels, we design an agenda of meetings and events to promote the transfer of knowledge and bring new technologies to the tourism sector.
